Upcoming Enhancements to the Hungarian Register

We’re excited to announce upcoming updates aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of the Hungarian register connection, set to be released by the beginning of October 2024. These updates will refine data and document management for better business insights.

Here are the key changes

1. Dataset adjustments

Enhanced dataset availability

We are improving our Enhanced datasets in Hungary to include:

  • Formatted address
  • Share capital
  • Share currency
  • Date of incorporation
  • Shareholder information
  • Officer information (role, address, start date, date of birth)
  • Activity codes
  • Activity description
  • English company name
  • Website
  • Email address

    • Access to the improved Enhanced datasets will require setting “shareholders”: false and “suppressRefresh”: true.

    2. Documents adjustments

    Deleting documents

    We are going to delete following documents from our portfolio
    • Filed Changes – ADDFCOCHU
    • Register Check – ADDOFOCHU

    Adjusting SKUs for documents

    We are remapping the SKUs for these documents
    • Cegmásolat (Chronological extract) will move from REPOFOCHU to ADDCEOCHU
    • Cégkivonat (Register Report) will move from ADDOFOCHU to REPOFOCHU

    New document added

  • Following document are going to be added Annual Accounts – ADDAAOCHU

    • This means after the changes are implemented, we are going to provide following documents:

    • Chronological Extract – ADDCEOCHU
    • Annual Accounts – ADDAAOCHU
    • Register Report – REPOFOCHU

    3. Enabled NumberSearch

    The NumberSearch will be activated, enabling users to quickly find documents and data using register numbers.
